Details on the Self Esteem Workshop - Foundations For Building Unconditional Self-Worth:

Low self-esteem is a thinking pattern in which an individual views themself as inadequate, unworthy, and/or incompetent. Once formed, this negative view permeates every thought, producing faulty assumptions and ongoing self-defeating behavior.

Unfortunately, low self-esteem affects many of our teenagers to different degrees. It is one of the key factors that lead to low confidence and poor mental health. And can affect pretty much every area of their lives.

What can parents and their student athletes expect to gain from this workshop?

  1. A greater understanding into the structure of low self-esteem and its causes.

  2. How you can stop negatively comparing yourself to others.

  3. Why having healthy self-esteem is important if you want to develop true confidence.

  4. The most common communication errors parents make that contribute to self-esteem issues in teens + how to correct these errors.

  5. The key foundational pillars needed for a student to build unconditional self-esteem.

  6. Students will leave with a PDF worksheet + guided audio recording that will support them in integrating the foundational pillars to build unconditional self-esteem.

Workshop FAQs:

  • I can't attend live. Will you send a replay? If you can't attend live Jen still recommends that you register for the workshop because a replay will be emailed to you after the live event. You will have 7 days to watch the replay before it expires. (If extenuating circumstances come up and you and your child are unable to watch the replay before it expires, please email Jen at support@herpoweracademy.com and she will make sure you get access to it.)

  • Who is invited to the workshop? Both parents and their student athlete(s) of all genders. When parents attend with their children Jen and Luke have found that this helps with the child's transformation, learning and implementation of the tools they teach. The recommended age range is 12 years old and up. With that said, Jen and Luke have had younger athletes do their programs and they've received a lot of value from them. Ultimately it depends on the maturity of each student athlete.

  • How long is each workshop? 75 minutes followed by a 15 minute Q&A.

  • Not seeing your question answered? Please email Jen at support@herpoweracademy.com.
